Dr. Charles Evon, head of Space Communications and Research Technology Department as NASA, walked into the West Wing of the White House with a briefcase in hand. He strode briskly to the desk of the secretary serving the President himself, stated his name and mission and was asked to wait. He was really impatient and needed to see the President as fast as he could. At this point, delay was dangerous, not only for him, but for the whole of Earth.
